Hi I’m Ann-Marie – My mission is to help people truly live their authentic self, from a place of freedom and self love. It is only then that peace can be experienced, and thats when transformation begins. 

My Story

In 2003, my journey into healing truly began. As I delved deeper into spirituality I found myself questioning my purpose,  asking myself constantly, is this all there is to life? 

Meditation was my sanctuary when life felt overwhelming. In quiet moments, I found myself looking within, wondering why I felt the way I did, the more time I spent asking for guidance, the more I realised that I was not where I needed to be in my life, that there was something much bigger waiting  for me.

Yet like so many, change was terrifying, I had a mortgage, children and responsibilities, If I followed what I was being guided to, what if I failed, couldn’t make enough to survive? but in the midst of all this fear, I took a leap of faith, I left behind a secure career in Criminal Justice, and chose to follow my heart, and i’m just so glad I did. 

Grounded Goddess was born from that leap of faith, this was the start of something so spiritually aligned I knew this was the right decision.

Through my own healing journey, I learned how to release self-limiting beliefs and the old fears that kept me small. I healed my own childhood trauma and the grief of losing my mum at just 17. Seeing how my life was transforming I felt inspired to help others do the same.

 I trained in many powerful healing modalities, pushing my intuitive gifts through the roof, since then I’ve guided thousands of clients across the world to move beyond their past and create lives filled with hope, possibility, abundance, heal chronic health issues, and become their best authentic self. 

I created my own Sacred Online Healing Temple, guiding others through my energy work, helping them to achieve transformational shifts in their health, relationships, spiritual gifts and release their blocks to happiness. 

My mission is now simple-to share my gifts and help you to find your way back. Everything is possible, so dream big, trust in yourself!
