What are Chakras?

Chakras are the subtle energy centres of the body The word Chakra comes from the Indian Sandscript word for wheel, which describes the round vortex like energy centres which runs along the spine of the human body.

The chakras are simply storage centres that connect vital energy in the physical body to the layers of the Auric field.

Each Chakra operates at a specific frequency which determines its colour and characteristics.

The most familiar is the 7 main Chakras which is located from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, but there are many more Chakras in the body.

There are lots of ways you can tell if your Chakras are showing signs of stagnation, come along and learn how to identify blockages in your energy centres so you can release the flow of energy, creating more harmony in your body.

How does our Chakras become blocked or stagnant?-

When we take an emotion and say I’m not going to feel that, this creates the energy to become sluggish and  stagnation occurs preventing the flow. If we continuously manage our emotions this way we create blockages, the energy centres then become stuck, these emotions can lead to negative belief systems we have about ourselves.

As the physical body is a duplicate of our energy body this can manifest in Mental, Emotional or Physical illnesses when we are not in alignment with our life experiences.

So how can we free up this energy?

Crystals

Crystals have a long tradition for their healing abilities, with each crystal vibrating at a specific frequency, your subconscious mind will draw you to that crystal as it knows this is where the body is out of alignment, you may be attracted to a crystal through its colour, shape, or how it feels when you hold it, these are all subconscious messages aligning you with the frequency for what the body needs to release this energy.

Placing  the crystal on or near the body can fee up the stagnation, releasing the emotions that have created this in the first place.

Crystal pendulums- when your energy in the body is flowing freely your pendulum will circle clockwise, and if there is stagnation it will circle anti-clockwise, the speed of the movement will indicate how much energy is flowing.
